HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS

 Initial Consultation

Championship Ring Background: Type of sport/event, team or individual preferences, budget, timeline, and any specific design elements (e.g., team logo, colors, names, dates).

Concept Design

  1. Sketching: Artists create preliminary sketches based on the initial consultation.
  2. Feedback Loop: The client reviews sketches and provides feedback for adjustments.
  3. Approval: Finalize the concept sketch with client approval.

Designer

Design and Preview

  1. 3D Modeling: Create a detailed 3D model of the ring.
  2. Rendering: Produce realistic renderings of the ring to visualize materials and colors.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing & Delivery :

  1. Create molds using the 3D design, and cast the ring with the metal of your choice，set the stones into the ring, add engravings or inscriptions to the ring.
  2. Polishing: Polish the rings to achieve the desired finish.
  3. Quality Check: Make sure the ring is in compliance with all specifications by conducting a thorough check.
  4. Delivery: Arrange the final delivery of rings to the customer.
